Trace the pattern onto the steamAseam-2 attach sticky side to main fabric cut out the pattern. Place the cut out main fabric onto the back ground fabric. Make sure cut out pattern is laying flat then press down with hot Iron (NO STEAM SETTING ON IRON). Quilt as desired.
