Hobbs Heirloom bleached cotton batting uses only the best cleaned and bleached cotton. Unique needlepunching and subsequent manufacturing techniques make this product easy to quilt, yet able to quilt up to 4 inches apart. Like other cottons, Hobbs Heirloom Bleached cotton batting will shrink from 3 to 5 percent. If minimal shrinkage is desired, the product can be preshrunk prior to quilting. It is wonderful for hand quilting or machine quilting; and is made especially for quilters using white or light-colored fabrics in a quilt.
