  • Cut Black fabric inner border fabric  (2) - 1 1/4” x 22 3/4” (2) - 1 1/4” x 28 1/4”
  • Cut outer border print (4) - 4” x 30"
  • Peel off the paper backing. Center the cut out pattern onto your background fabric. Press with hot iron (Steam setting).
  • Sew a black strip 1 1/4 ” x 28 1/4” to each side. Sew a black strip 1 1/4” x 22 3/4" to top and bottom.
  • Sew border strip 4” x 23 ½ “ to each side.  Sew border strip 4” x 39 1/2” Top and Bottom. Quilt as desired and bind. Optional Hanging Sleeve Option Cut 1 strip 4” x 28” Fold in half longwise sew along 28” sides together. (To create a 2” sleeve for hanging). Turn inside out press seam flat. Sew onto the top edge of block. Insert dowel rod in sleeve and hang Enjoy finished piece.
